After you have chosen the desired service send us an availability inquiry. All kinds of inquiries and reservations are accepted by email. Based on your inquiry on availability our offer will be forwarded to you. When there is no possibility to reserve the service you have pointed out, judging from your inquiry we will suggest you a solution that can meet all your requirements.
By replying to the offer you will receive confirmation of the reservation and invoice, on the basis of which you will make down payment and ensure the service thereby (accommodation, excursion, transfer…). Amount of advance is 30 % of the invoice.
Advance payment has two roles, you ensure your service through reservations in desired period, while the agency is ensured that you will arrive and use it. The down payment represents the mutual security.
Deadline for paying the rest (70%) of the invoice is ten days before the arrival date according to your reservation.
For the period less then 10 days before arrival you need to pay in advance the full amount of the invoice within the period of 24 hours.
The advance payment and payment of the entire amount of the invoice can be made:
– General payment form, when money goes directly to our agencies account (only for clients from Montenegro)
– International Payment through Bank instructions to our bank account (for clients from abroad). All bank costs are to be paid by the client (when making the bank transfer payment client must put OUR on «Detail of charge»).
– Western Union shipment
The banking commission is paid by the guest, so that the payment costs will be increased for the amount of the banking commission. We shall offer you several payment courses, so that you can select depending on your bank the cheapest and most favourable payment method.
